Fiber Feeds More Than Digestion

Fiber does more than help digestion.

It is found in foods such as beans, vegetables, fruit, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. These foods can help you feel full, support regular digestion, and add more nutrients to your meals.

You do not need to look for one “superfood.” It is more helpful to add a few fiber-rich foods to meals you already enjoy.

Try berries with breakfast. Add beans to soup. Choose whole-grain bread. Add vegetables beside dinner. Snack on an apple or a handful of nuts.

Start with one small change.

Eating more fiber is not about being perfect. It is about building a pattern of simple, nourishing foods you can enjoy again and again.
